installing printers remotely

How can I install printers on my Windows XP clients remotely, i.e. without going to each client
Each client has a specific printer that it should connect to, the closest one
Clients are in logical OU's
The network is in a K-12 school, so any installation should be quiet, without any user interaction
I also have some Win98 clients. Can I do the same with them

Can anyone help? Please keep it simple!!! Ste-by-step would be great
