How do I install a printer I picked up at a yardsale onto my computer. It is a Lexmark 2050 when I go to install this printer it doesn't show it on the selection part. It is a Color Jetprinter

Try selecting the 3000 driver.

You can try different ones and then type a test page to see if it does what
you want.

The Lexmark 2050 Color Jetprinter was designed for Microsoft Windows 3.x, 95, 98 and ME.
Lexmark does not have Windows XP drivers for this old printer.

go to www.lexmark.com and go to the printer drivers page, type in the model
number of your printer, download and install the manufacturers driver for
your printer, make sure you select the correct operating system, and roberts
your mothers brother!
