Installing Norton Anti-Virus

When I try to install Norton Anti-virus, I get the
message:

"Error opening installation log file. Verify that the
specified log file location exists and is writable."

What do I do???

Are you using an authentic Norton Antivirus installation CD and
is it version 2002/2003? Are you logged on with administrative privileges?
