Installing new printer

I am installing a new printer and the installation wizard
will not load the installation software. The message I
get is that I do not have Administrative privileges. I
have checked the user accounts and I am the
administrator.
 
Administrative privileges is different than the
administrator account. Although you should be able to
install with Administrative privileges. Try logging as
the administrator and see what happens. Make sure your
permissions are not Denied by any groups. The chart below
might help.
