installing new harddisk to encrease free space

situation: w2000 advanced server with exchange and isa.
hdd 9GB free space 300MB would like to move everything to
a 36GB to encrease free space.
 
If it's basic disk, then just clone it using Ghost. If it's FAT32, convert
it to NTFS.
