Installing Nero 7

I am trying to reinstall Nero 7 and I am keep getting the message
Shellmanager Database missing or Corrupt. Can anyone suggest the next step?
 
It's a Nero issue, not Windows XP. Google for: Shellmanager Database missing
or Corrupt
and you'll come up with many results.
