Installing MusicMatch Jukebox

I am trying to install Music Match Jukebox and nothing happens when I run
the install program. The screen just displays the install window then
disapeers. Can anybody tell me what's happening?

I was using that a few versions ago. The last upgrade I had really sucked
and I had to go back to Winamp. I got rid of it.
Do you have an older version on your system that you need to uninstall? If
not you probably have a corrupt install file. Delete it and download it
again.
 
I have the same problem, and I tried downloading the install file several
times. The same problem happens when I try to install GoogleEarth.exe. The
setup extracts the files, shows the initial picture, and then dissapears. Any
suggestions?
