I am trying to program my Microsoft Outlook for sending
and receiving emails using Netscape as ISP. I followed the
procedure given to me by Netscape but when I log on using
Outlook, I get a message: Error 691: Username and/or
password is invalid. I have verified with Netscape that I
am using the correct Username (Sreen Name) and password.
BTW, is Username and Sreen Name the same?

Any suggestions on what to do to install or program my
Outlook to send/receive emails?

Netscape (AFAIK) is not an ISP and therefore cannot give you SMTP and POP3
names to use with their service as they are NOT an ISP and have no servers
for this type of request from third party software. They are a mail CLIENT.

Netscape mail cannot be sent through Outlook - it uses Netscape mail to
send.
