Installing Microsoft Office in a Windows XP/Vista dual boot config

If I decided to install Windows XP and Windows Vista in a dual boot
configuration on the same computer, would it be possible to install Microsoft
Office standard 2007 on the Vista and XP partitions using the one single copy
license of this Microsoft office application? Will it be possible to
activate Microsoft Office 2007 on both partitions with the single user
license copy of this product or do I need to acquire another license
eventhough I using the same computer and the same physical hard disk? Please
advise me on this important matter.

I would appreciate a reply from anybody out there.

No. You cannot share one installation of Microsoft Office across
two different operating systems.

Firstly thanks for responding to this query. Does this imply I have to
install two copies of Microsoft Office on the XP and Vista partition? In
other words, I take it that I need to buy another license copy of Microsoft
Office in order to use the Microsoft office application with both the Windows
XP and Vista dual boot installations despite the fact that I'm using the same
computer and physical hard drive. Finally, does this restriction rule apply
to a Virtual installation of Vista and XP as well using either Virtual PC
2007 or VMware?

I would appreciate one last reply to this query.

The license applies to VM's as well.
