IIS6.0 is only available for the Windows 2003 Server family.
XP Pro has IIS5.1. Windows 2000 Pro has IIS5.0. Both of these have
limitations (10 simultaneous connections and a single website with multiple
subwebs.
Windows 2000 Server family has IIS5.0 with unlimited connections and
unlimited websites.
Windows 2003 Server family has IIS6.0 with unlimited connections and
unlimited websites.
