Installing GFI mail essentials

I've got a working SBS2000 TS running Office XP in application mode for a
couple of remote clients.

I need to be able to install GFI mailessentials via a TS session yet i am
seeing errors telling me i need to be logged on as an administrator befor ei
can install apps.

This is even after loggin on as administrator and doing the change user
/install thing.

Any ideas as to why i cant install this app remotely?

This isnt just a GFI issue, i'm not being allowed to install any apps even
after doing change user /install
