INSTALLING FULL VERSION OVER 2000

CAN I INSTALL A FULL VERSION JUST LIKE I WOULD IF IT WAS
AN UPGRADE VERSION?
 
Yes. Full versions can upgrade, as well as perform a clean install.
If you're upgrading over Windows 2000, though, make sure you're upgrading to
XP Professional. You cannot upgrade from Windows 2000 to XP Home Edition.
