Installing Frontpage2000 on windows XP

Help!
I'm installing Frontpage 2000 on windows xp and I get an
error message during installation that reads...
"Error 1305
d:\pfiles\vstudio\common\IDE\IDE98\MSE\1033\VBSCRIP5.CHM.
VERIFY THAT THE FILE EXISTS AND THAT YOU CAN ACCESS IT."

Does anyone know how to get around this?
