Installing Drivers Win 2000 Pro

After having a new hard drive installed, I am trying to
load the drivers, the following message appears.
"An installation support file could not be installed.
No mapping between account names and security ID's was
done".
What's going on??

No mapping between account names and security

This probably indicates that there is a problem with the account security
of the account you have logged in under. Is it a doamain or local account?
If a domain account look at this.

If it is a local account try creating a new account and adding it to the
administrator group.
