installing beta 3

I have beta 2 and want to go to beta 3. Do I have to uninstall 2 before
installing 3? I can't find anywhere that it tells you how to install.

Yes. You have to uninstall Beta 2 before installing Beta 3. It's a
good thing I did it this morning, cause otherwise, I never would have
figured out you were talking about IE7
The Beta 3 should have given you an error telling you to uninstall when
trying to run the setup.

You don't mention what application but if you mean IE7 Beta 3, then...

I see in http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/ie7/default.mspx that
the recommended newsgroup is microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

In a proper newsreader:

If you must use a web interface:
