Installing apps remotely

Can I install apps that will be used for all user sessions, through a
session? I will be using the Administrative account? Is it best to be
sitting at the console, on site? Is there any difference?

Forgot the details...
2003 Server. Office XP is my biggest app. The others are third party
packages.

USe the following switch with "mstsc /console" This will log you on to the
console session of the server and allow you to remotely install programs
like you were sitting at the console. This only works with 2k3 server.
