I can only guess that you want Microsoft Access and it is not on your
machine. To install it you need a copy of all the files required. Usually
they come on a CD that you buy.
I suspect you may have purchased a copy of Microsoft Office or that
Microsoft Office came with your machine. Be aware that there are a number
of different version of Microsoft Office. Access is not included in most
versions. It is included in Microsoft Office Professional. It is also
available separately.
