installing a program under 2 user names

I have 2 users on my computer. When installing a program
I am unable to install the program under both users, even
though the program is seen in the "Control Panel" How do
I install the program in the second user?

You may have to install the application once form each user account.
This can happen with software that is not fully compatible with
Windows XP.
