Installing a logitech Camara

I'm installing my video camara and it asks for the file
vfwwdm32.dll is needed on my Windows XP Home Edition
Service Pack 1 CD. I bought my computer and it didn't
have the CD for Windows, and now my computer is not
recognizing the camara.. How can I get this file?

into system32 folder in windows main
