XP does not recognize my camara anymore

I have an Olympus 3020 camara that was working with xp very well then all of a sudden one day my computer wont recognize my camara. I bought the exstended warrenty with it so I sent it back to be fixed after I spent over an hour trouble shooting with the tech. When my camara came back it was like new and it worked for them but I am still having the same problem it cant be recognized by my computer I have tried everything that I know to try and get it working. Caqn someone help me?????please!!!!
