Installing a KVM

I have installed a Linksys KVM 2 Port switch but am unable to switch between
computers,I have followed all instructions but am now stuck,any
help/assistance appreciated.

Does the K, V or M work when its hooked up? I'm not talking about
switching - but with the switch installed, can you work on ANY computer?
 
Are you using a USB enabled keyboard? It might work, or not, depending
on which KVM unit you have.

Alan,can work on one computer but cannot switch,am using a PS2 mouse and
keyboard,also ensuring "F" lock is on to enable scroll lock key is usable any
help please?

Contact LinkSys for assistance operating their device. This has
nothing to do with Windows.
