Installing a double floppy drive

I'd just add that I doubt 20 year old floppies are a safe storage
medium. If I had some with data I wanted to keep I'd have backed the
data up, hopefully to more reliable media.

Hey folks:

I do a bit of data recovery work...and once in a while someone has an old XT
or AT machine
they want to get the data off...so I still have a 5.25" floppy on my newer
machine and find that it comes in
quite handy.

I've seen plenty of 20 year old floppies that are still good..
though I've seen some new ones die in less than two weeks!
