installing a dial up connection

I am using XP Home. I try to install a new dial up connection with the "New
Connection Wizard".

However, when I reach the dialog box "Internet Connection", the first two
options were blurred out, i.e. the first option "Connect using a dialup
modem" was not available. Only the third option "always use Broadband" is
there.

Could anyone advise how I can overcome this?

Many thanks.

If the option is blurred out, your system can't find the modem.. ensure that
the modem is seated correctly and that you have appropriate drivers loaded..
