installing 98 with xp

hello
was wondering how you install xp and 98
cause they use different file systems and boot sectors
i have winxp already and want 98 my C: drive is ntfs
and i have freespace for win98 in a fat32 partition
is there anyway to installing this without reformating or
changing my C: drive in winxp cause i got a lot of apps
