Installer starting at boot up???

When I boot up my PC, Windows Installer tries to install
Microsoft Money every time. I do not know what caused
this. I have to use task manager to shut it down. Can
anyone tell me how to shut down Windows Installer? I
looked at my startup folders and saw no reference to
Installer.
