Installer gone nuts!

I recently deleted Printshop 10 due to the upgrade of
printshop 20. Since that deletion my windows
installer.exe file is gone and I cannot reload it, the
windows installer pops up on every key stroke or mouse
tap, I cannot uninstall ps20 and cannot reinstall ps20,
and everything is accompanied by a free download
accelerator program from cnet. I have a WD 120 gig hd
that is partitioned in 1/2 and I tried to load win 200
on "D" drive or the second part of the single h/d. I now
have the slowest rumninng computer on Earth, both on the
net and off. Help!?

Try getting Windows Installer 2 from Microsoft.com . Install it the way
you would any program. It fixes many problems related to installation.
