I used to have windows 2000 on my old computer. It had a second drive and
could see it fine. I did a clean install on C of Windows XP Home (for my
kids).

Now I can't see the other drive.

When I go to Computer Management/Disk Management the other drive says Disk
2, Dynamic, Foriegn. and it has a yellow triangle with a ! in it.

Any ideas? I could Convert to basic disk, but that would erase everything.

Help!

Dynamic Disks are not supported in XP Home Edition. One way to
salvage the data is to reinstall W2K and copy/transfer the files
to CD's/DVD's or another basic disk. You can then perform a clean
install of XP Home and have access to your data. One alternative
would be to upgrade your existing XP Home installation to Pro.
You could then import the 2nd hard drive.
