Hi,

Tell me:

Does the drive show at the POST screen when the system is first booted?
Does it show in Windows Explorer?
Does it show in Device Manager?
If you insert a disk, does it spin up?
Power light on?

Considered trying System Restore? After all, that's what it's there for.
