I have an older gentleman at work who installed a Windows 2000 Kensington
mouse driver on his new vista laptop. This driver causes the machine to
freeze up, mouse pointer in the center and nothing works. I can't seem to
find a way to start the machine in a mode that doesn't load this driver, so
that I can delete it and install the correct driver. Also, none of my former
hot keys work (not a vista user) - ctrl-esc or alt-esc to try and get me into
some sort of control panel mode to delete this driver.
