installed ultimate and side bar not there

i look everywhere to find the side bar and cant find it...

looking in cp and acceseries still not there
 
Try typing Sidebar in Start Menu > Search
If that doesn't work, do you have this file?

C:\Program Files\Windows Sidebar\sidebar.exe

Did you type sidebar in "Start Search" as dean-dean suggested? Was the
program found from there? Look in the top viewing pane to see. It will be
called Windows Sidebar.

Well, if C:\Program Files\Windows Sidebar\sidebar.exe does not exist, then
it appears you may have to re-install Vista. Do you have a folder called
"Windows Sidebar" in the Program Files folder at all?
