Installed SW not working

Earlier this year I installed a new software package
called "Dealer Plate". I used this software up to
approximately three weeks ago. At that point I tried to
run the program and received the following error
message, "The system file is not suitable for running MS-
DOS and Microsoft Window Application." HELP!!

You can try a RESTORE where you can go back up to 3

months. Or, do a compatibility check at
Start/AllPrograms/Accessories/Program Compatibility
Wizard. It sounds like the "Dealer Plate" program is
trying to activate DOS. You can restart your PC in DOS
mode and try that. Hope this works.
