Installed SP2

I just installed SP2 on all our XP machines. Now I have one user who cannot
move items from folder to folder in Outlook. (2002). Everytime she tries to
move an item she gets "Cannot move item". I looked in the KB but nothing
seems to address this particular issue. I didn't think SP2 made any changes
to Outlook at all. Can someone help!
 
in the firewall settings, make exception for program outlook.exe, see if that
helps.
