Installed some Software and after reboot...

this software's support folder keeps popping up right after startup. I'm guessing that like other software, they want you to see their folder to help answer questions. But I can't find where in the startup section I can eliminate the launching of this window and get rid of this annoying window from being shown every time I boot. Don't want to get rid of the folder but just want to find where the shortcut or where in startup the system activates this folder for display.

Youre best bet is go to search at microsoft.com,type:307729
You'll be creating the text:EnableBallonTips
Then adding 0 as the value.
