installed recommended patch

After installing the patches recommended to thwart a
possible Internet attack due to flaw in Windows software, I
get the msg
"OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments in
your mail;......" when I opened my mail in Outlook Express.
Can anyone tell me how to fix this so I can look at
attachments from senders I trust? Tks Wayne Wight

Hi Wayne,

Open your Outlook Express, go to Tools -> Options -> Security -> Do not
allow attachments to be saved or opened that could ...

Be careful with that you open to prevent virus infection...
