Installed new nVidia video card, start menu/task bar has dissapear

I installed new nVidia video card, my start menu/task bar has dissapeared!
What can I do to get it back?
 
Hi,

Did you check if the video card is compatible for windows xp.
restart the computer in safe mode and remove the drivers and see if the
start menu is restored.
