Installed drivers

Can someone refresh my memory. I know there is a way to view all installed
drivers (through device manager, I think) whether the devices are plugged in
or not, but I can't remember how to get to them. I can, of course, get to
the drivers through device manager for what's currently connected but can't
remember how to get to the drivers for what's not connected.

Does someone here remember?
