I'm trying to install a program with a ".exe"extension. I
have a message: The related *.exe file is not a valid
win32 file

Hello!
you haven't mentioned during which particular app. it
happens.It may be during installation of MS Money or from
Adobe's website or from many others.
In anycase try these:-
Rename the downloaded file so that its filename extension
matches the filename extension on the Web or FTP page from
which it was downloaded.


Solution 2
Download the file using a different Web browser (e.g.,
Netscape Navigator).
