Installation problems

I use Norton Internet Security 2003 on a XP machine. It was installed after
the trial 2004 had expired. It installed with no problem and has been
running for months. Suddenly a problem in live update that cannot be
resolved calls for uninstall and reinstall. I get to the point in reinstall
and it calls for a Norton Internet Security Lable Disc which I do not have
and it backs out of the install. Any suggestions?

Then get rid of Norton.
