Installation Problems

I hope someone can help me. I have just installed Office
97 onto a PC that originally had WIndows NT loaded. I
have re-formatted the hard disk, loaded Windows98 and then
Office97, but when I try to open Access, Word, or Excel I
get the
following error message.

This application must be installed to run. Please run
setup from where you originally installed the application.

Any ideas??

with problems like this, i will uninstall ms office, and then actually
delete the entire ms office directory.

then i reinstall.

that usually cures it.
