installation problem

I installed the Spyware program and ran a scan. It removed
some spyware and then asked to reboot. The pc came up to
establising network connections and logon. After that, it
goes to a blue screen. I tried starting in safe mode but
it does the same thing. Is there help for it?

or if you can start in safe mode:

Then clean your up your PC with this.

After this you can install MSAS again Im sure.
