My computer died. It had an OEM version of XP on it and I
have the CD. My new computer had XP on it. I installed
the old hard drive from my dead computer in the new
computer as a slave drive. I am going to remove XP from
the slave drive (I need the room). Can I reinstall XP on
another computer that I own?

Nope, OEM versions are forever tied to the first computer
it was installed on. That's one of the reasons OEM versions
cost less.....no Microsoft support whatsoever.

Technically no. The OEmlicense only applies to the
original system for which it was packaged. Should you have
to reactivate it on a different PC it would require you to
call in.

No. OEM licenses are _permanently_ bound to the first PC on which
they are installed. An OEM license, once installed, is not legally
transferable to another computer under _any_ circumstances.
