installation of outlook with mail template

We would like to install outlook 2000 with a mail template
in the users template folder.
Is it possible to drop the mail template in a specific
folder of the outlook installation cd, from there it will
be installed automatically?
 
What kind of mail template do you have in mind? That could mean several
different things.
