Installation failure in client side

Hi All,
I just deploy SUS server in a Non-Active Directory
Environment. Server and client are running well, and
after client download update files, I recereived message
Update complete, but when I check in the Event Viewer this
process indicate as error with description : Installation
Failure: Windows failed to install the following update -
security update for windows 2000 (KBxxxxxx).

What's wrong with this ? How fix this problem ?

Any suggest appreciate !
