Installation Error

It's new laptop and just was running installation (Home Vista Premium), then
suddenly a error message "the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered
an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install windows,
click "OK" or restart the computer, and then restart the installation". But
no matter what I've tried, that message appears again. Has anyone encountered
the same problem? Could anyone please help? I bought it overseas, costly to
send it back. Thanks in advance.

Asked and answered elsewhere. Send it back is still the only proper choice.

The error message indicated that the system preparation by vendor has been
corrupted. Look for its branch in your local country and ask for 1-to-1
laptop exchange.
