Installation error

I have a computer that was previously used as a Windows 2000 server, am now
trying to do a clean install of windows xp, getting an 0x000006F (0xc0000020,
0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000) error. Any ideas on what might be
causing this and how can it be corrected?
