Installation Error:

When installing and using the "Update" option it gives me:
"Error 1328.Error applying patch to file F:\Config.Msi\PT17.tmp. It has
probably been updated by other means, and can no longer be modified by this
patch. For mor information contact your patch vendor."
Abort - Retry - Ignore

When I retry it's the same error, if I ignore, it isn't updated.

Goto: Start/Control Panel/Add-Remove programs/MSAS
then click on support info!!!
Then click on repair!

If that not work you may try this:

look in the folder:
c:\WINDOWS\Installer\
for the file: gcasSWUpdater.exe
delete the folder with the 3 files in there and do a new install.

I ended up just uninstalling and installing from the new file.
Apparently Microsoft doesn't do a clean uninstall because my settings were
still the same.
