Getting error trying to install XPpro on new hard drive.
HD is new WD 120gb 7200rpm, was formatted to NTFS and
used as additional drive. Now I want to use this hd as
boot drive. I get error trying to install using XP cd.
I changed jumper settings, reformatted, changed from
dynamic to basic, currently in NTFS. Does install need
to be in FAT? Any ideas??

No, it does not need to be fat. NTFS should work fine as
far as the file system goes. Make sure that the jumper
on the hard drive you want to be your boot drive is
master. What is the error?
