install xp

I'm trying to reinstall xp after wiping my harddrive of a
virus. When the install gets to the license agreement part
and asks you to hit the f8 key to continue it hangs there
and goes no further. any help?

If you keyboard has an F-Lock key, press it then press F8.

Error Message: Setup Cannot Find the End-User License Agreement
