Install XP

We now have Windows 2000 Pro. I would like to install XP
Pro.
If I use a full version, can I just load it in or will XP
conflict with 2000 or do I need to completely unload 2000
first?
 
You may do a upgrade install if you wish. You may use either a full version
or an upgrade. Before you install run the Windows XP Upgrade Adviser.
