Install XP ImageResizer Powertoy on Server 2003

Hi,
I have been trying to install ImageResizer powertoy on top of
Windows 2003 server, but it keeps on tell me that it does not work
with my current OS. Does anyone know how I can bypass OS check?

Does 2003 have a compatability tab on the properties

Yes, it does have a compatability tab, but that doesn't seem to do
any. The exe file is checking on my OS to make sure that it is a XP
machine.. i guess.

Compat lies about version to a program. Maybe Server doesn't have the diles necessary to run it (I overwrote 2003 with longhorn last week so I can't check - but server is rather bare on goodies)
